Amongst others, four exclusive technologies stand out, all of which are applied to its flagship product, Neolith.

Sintering technology: compaction, strength and durability

It consists of subjecting 100% natural raw materials to extremely high pressures and temperatures. In the first phase, the raw materials go through a press in which a force/pressure of up to 400 bars is applied. In a second phase, the plate passes through an oven with a temperature of over 1,200 ºC. The sintering technology applied by TheSize gives Neolith unprecedented physical-mechanical characteristics in the construction sector.

Full Body technology: full coverage decoration

Real full colour technology, which gives the same colour and design to the whole body, providing greater aesthetic regularity, visible at the corners.

NAP (Neolith Airless Pistol) technology: soft to the touch

Technology that gives a soft texture to the Neolith slab, which is sprayed as it comes out of the oven, acquiring the silky surface finish known as Silk.

NDD (Neolith Digital Design) technology: digital decoration

This technology developed by TheSize revolutionises and increases the possibilities for decorating with Neolith, providing a greater wealth of detail and surprising realism.
